Wild Animal Hospital
Thanks to a donation from Tropisphere Real Estate and a little luck, Rainsong Sanctuary's Wild Animal Hospital and Rescue center is open, with many animals in recovery. Hundreds of volunteers from all over the world have visited Rainsong to help out, but cash donations are always needed to pay vet bill and buy animal food! Please contact Mary at 8845-3190.

Detailed Description of the House:

This is one of the most beautiful ocean view luxury homes above Montezuma. It is a solar-powered and electricity, three-story, spacious house with a studio on top. Built in a unique style which fits the tropical surroundings, the villa features downstairs a large open ocean view terrace with pool and integrated barbecue area plus a large living room area with open kitchen.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms with private bathroom. Located on the 3rd floor is an art studio with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding jungle. Finishings and furniture are made of valuable hardwood.

The surrounding lush gardens have all kinds of tropical fruit, palm trees, and flowering bushes. There are great views towards the ocean. The property is located above a private natural reserve - this place offers privacy in a very wild area of Montezuma. Expect to wild animals frequently. Even though it has a very remote feeling, it is located only 8-10 min. driving time to the Montezuma village and beaches.
