Yoga Teacher Training at Anamaya

Anamaya offers 5-6 Yoga Teacher Training retreats per year, each lasting 4 weeks, (28 nights). They are taught by a variety of very experienced yoga trainers, who are certified by the Yoga Alliance.

These yoga teacher certification courses are offered in Sept, Oct, and Nov/Dec for 2012, each with a different instructor. For 2013 the months will be January, May, June, Sept, Oct, and Nov/Dec. All of Anamaya’s YTTs have been sold out, and there’s often a waiting list several people deep, because of the excellent price and reputation of the location and training program.

Anamaya’s retreats in general are considered to be the upper end of the retreat market for Costa Rica, due to the prime location and because it’s all inclusive. Accommodation and food are included with Anamaya’s price, which is often not included in other programs. Most find that once they compare prices and add on the meals, housing, and excursions to other YTTs in Costa Rica and around the world, it seems like a bargain, especially for a top of the line location like Anamaya.
