The Montezuma area, including also Delicias and Cabuya, has a variety of houses for rent, from small Tico-style houses for $200 per month to luxurious villas for $1500 per day, which can even include a private chef. Of course, don’t forget to try out the amazing local restaurants too!
The best houses, especially beachfront villas, houses with spectacular ocean views, and any house with a swimming pool, tend to book early, so plan months ahead of time, or in the case of special dates such as Christmas and New Year’s, to book the best places, you may need to plan a year ahead.
