Ivan’s House is right in the middle of town, and is probably the nicest beachfront house for rent in town… certainly the cutest. The owners are Italians, with a great sense of color and style that makes every corner of this house very enjoyable.
It sleeps three couples in double beds, each with a private bedroom. The master bedroom has air conditioning, and a half bathroom with toilet and sink. The two bedrooms downstairs each have a complete bathroom as well.
It has a cute, covered outdoor veranda on the beach, which is ideal for taking your meals while looking at Montezuma’s Bay. The kitchen is adorable, and fully equipped. The spacious living areas is great for entertaining and both the kitchen and living room open to the veranda and ocean views.
Ivan’s House includes: Maid service, security box/safe, alarm system, private and secure parking, an outdoor shower, washing machine, WiFi internet. The owner of this house also owns the best tour company in the area (Zuma Tours) and will give you discounts on the various adventures in the area if you book with him.
