These lovely new Mediterranean style houses are found in the Montezuma hills and just a 3-minute drive from the Seaside village. Each and every mini villa benefits from both incredible mountain and ocean views. These beautiful properties are constructed with perfect focus on fine detail.

There are 3 homes and each of them can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The houses include a main bedroom with aircon and an outdoor shower, full bathroom plus a fully furnished kitchen along with microwave oven, toaster, coffee brewer, and stove. Hanging curtains in the living and dining areas offer an additional private space in which 2 people may sleep using a comfy pull out sofa bed. Every house comes with a roofed patio for dining outdoors and a classic Mediterranean rooftop veranda where one can savor the warmth of the sun, the view of the ocean, and the stars in the sky at night.

The main home includes precisely the same amenities as the other 2 houses yet with a 2nd floor which has a fully furnished apartment. This place features a double bed in front of the beach with sliding doors towards a small deck. Furthermore, it contains a modest kitchen area as well as a private bathroom.

The Frangipani houses share a great pool area for all of the guests. Maid service is available daily and expect to have bed linens replaced every three days.
