The Quebrada Estate is situated on 1.5 acres of land. The property alone includes a glamorous 3,000 sq. ft. house with a beautiful lake, BBQ area, access to tennis and handball courts, horseback riding (available upon request), gazebo with bar, pool with Jacuzzi, steam room and a winding quebrada (stream) which encompasses the estate.
The home features 3 master suites having private bathrooms, and a huge patio which is great for entertaining guests. A classy foyer stands before a spiral staircase and the Entertainment area features a 60″ Home Entertainment System with multichannel surround sound and sofa bed good for 2 persons.
This house is built to amaze the most unique visitor with the natural wonders of Southern Nicoya Peninsula. Have fun with the sight of the parrots and monkeys as well as the sound of naturally flowing water.
